Before Leaving the Clinic
Leaving Istanbul marks the beginning of the next year of your program.
Before you depart, you will be provided with a full six-month supply of your prescribed medications. This ensures that upon returning home, you won't need to research, order, or source anything; you will leave Istanbul with everything required for your protocol already in hand.
You will receive detailed instructions on how to follow your personalized protocol. Every nuance—including dosage, timing, and administration techniques—is explained thoroughly in person, ensuring you face no uncertainty when continuing the regimen at home.
Additionally, you will be shown how to use the Dr. Ebru Ünal app, developed by our team to help you manage the next phase of your care. The app contains all the details regarding your program and reminders, as well as instructions on how to communicate with our team between check-ups.
The final step before leaving Istanbul is a concluding consultation with Dr. Ebru Ünal and her team. During this meeting, you can ask any questions you may have, confirm your full understanding of the protocol, and leave Istanbul with a clear picture of how the coming 12 months will unfold.
3 MONTHS — Initial Assessment
A few days prior to your assessment, you will have your blood tests performed at a local laboratory and submit the results to our team via the app. This ensures we have all the necessary information before your consultation. To ensure the seamless continuation of your longevity program, our team will inform you—prior to the blood test—of the specific hormone panels and metabolic markers required by Dr. Ebru Ünal.
You will then meet with Dr. Ebru Ünal to review your results. As part of this check-up, you will complete a symptom tracking form via the app, detailing how you have felt since leaving Istanbul. Our team evaluates this information alongside your blood test results.
The three-month mark is the ideal time for the first check-up, as your hormone levels will have stabilized sufficiently for a meaningful assessment. Depending on your needs, this assessment may be conducted either as a fully online video consultation with Dr. Ebru Ünal or as a follow-up session led by a nurse.
Adjustments at this stage typically involve increasing or decreasing dosages, modifying the timing of administration, or—in some instances—adding or removing specific treatments based on your body's actual response to the therapy.

9 MONTHS — Interim assessment
The same comprehensive panel is repeated. This time, Dr. Ebru Ünal compares the results with two previous data points: your initial blood test results from Istanbul and your 3-month results. This allows for an evaluation of the overall trends observed during the first nine months.
The 9-month assessment is typically the stage where more significant changes can be made. By this point, sufficient data has been gathered regarding what is working and what is not; consequently, protocol adjustments can be more extensive compared to the fine-tuning done at the three-month mark.
At this stage, your medication supply is also replenished, and your plan for the remainder of the year is finalized during the same consultation.
1 YEAR — Annual assessment
The one-year assessment reviews all laboratory results from the three check-points alongside a full year of daily data collected via the app. This creates a comprehensive picture of how your body has responded to the Ünal Vitality protocols since you left Istanbul, and decisions regarding your personalized protocols are made based on this holistic evaluation.
During this consultation, you and Dr. Ebru Ünal jointly determine the next steps. This plan might involve continuing the current protocol as a maintenance program, adjusting it to meet new goals, initiating a second, more targeted treatment phase based on the insights gained over the first year, or scheduling a return to Istanbul for a comprehensive in-person re-evaluation.
This meeting marks the end of your initial program year—not the end of your care.
